課室: 上環德輔道中葡萄酒訓練中心 (港鐵上環站 B出口)

學費：$980 (包括教材、7-8款葡萄酒、學習用具、午餐盒)

課程內容：（英語教材，粵語授課）

葡萄酒的主要品種
WSET 初級品酒步驟
釀製葡萄酒的基本葡萄品種特性
基本侍酒
食物與葡萄酒的配合
健康、安全及法律上的知識

WSET基礎級程度考試 (可選擇性報名) 費用：HK$500

(包括WSET提供的考試卷及簽發國際認可的證書)

簽發證書的要求：

在 45分鐘內完成 30條選擇題（要答對21條或以上）

完成食物與葡萄酒的配合練習

完成品酒筆記組合

The characteristics of the common grape varieties used to produce wine
Service of wine
The matching of food and wine

WSET Foundation Exam Fee : HK$500 * Optional

(Include Exam Paper and Certificate issued by WSET)

Certificate Award Requirement :

Answer a multiple choice paper of 30 questions within 45 minutes

(Minimum of 21 questions correct to pass the exam)

A food and wine matching exercise

A portfolio of tasting notes
