WSET Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits

時間: 下午 2 時 - 6 時

地點: 上環德輔道中葡萄酒訓練中心 (港鐵上環站 B出口)

學費： $4980 (包括教材、約 50款葡萄酒及烈酒、學習用具 )

課程內容：（英語教材，粵語授課）

• 第一節: 介紹WSET課程及考試、試酒技巧、食物與葡萄酒的配合及健康與酒
• 第二節: 影響酒的風格之原因及酒標籤的術語
• 第三節: Chardonnay及Pinot Noir
• 第四節: Cabernet Sauvignon、Merlot及Sauvignon Blanc
• 第五節: Syrah、Grenache及Riesling
• 第六節: 意大利, 西班牙及葡萄牙出產的酒之認識
• 第七節: 葡萄汽酒及甜酒的認識
• 第八節: 加強酒及烈酒 (如: 白蘭地等)

另 WSET中級程度考試 (可選擇性參與) 費用：HK$880

(包括WSET提供的考試卷及簽發國際認可的證書)

簽發證書的要求：

需在 60分鐘內完成 50條選擇題（要答對 55%或以上）

(Include around 50 types of wine & spirit and study kit)

Course Contents :

• Introduction - course and examination, tasting technique, food and wine matching, health and alcohol and wine faults.
• Factors influencing style of wine and label terminology
• Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
• Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc
• Syrah, Grenache and Riesling
• Italy, Spain and Portugal
• Sparkling and sweet wines
• Fortified wines and spirits and liqueurs

WSET Level 2 Intermediate Exam Fee : HK$880 * Optional (Include Exam Paper and Certificate issued by WSET)

Certificate Award Requirement :

Answer a multiple choice paper of 50 questions within 60 minutes (Minimum of 55% correct to pass the exam)
