WSET Level 1 Foundation Certificate in Wine

WSET (Wine Spirit Education Trust) 是全球最受歡迎, 葡萄酒界一致公認為最佳的學習葡萄酒課程的機構.
我們平均每年開辦 20 班, 每年幫助數百人完成課程考獲證書.

學費：$1780 (包括教材、7-8 款葡萄酒、學習用具、午餐盒)

課程內容：（英語教材，粵語授課）

  • 葡萄酒的主要品種
  • WSET 初級品酒步驟
  • 釀製葡萄酒的基本葡萄品種特性
  • 基本侍酒
  • 食物與葡萄酒的配合
  • 健康、安全及法律上的知識

WSET基礎級程度考試 (包括WSET提供的考試卷及簽發國際認可的證書)

簽發證書的要求：

  • 在 45 分鐘內完成 30條選擇題（要答對 21 條或以上）
  • 完成食物與葡萄酒的配合練習
  • 完成品酒筆記組合

  • 6. Health, safety and legal issues

WSET Level 1 Foundation Exam (Include Exam Paper and Certificate issued by WSET)

Certificate Award Requirement :

  • Answer a multiple choice paper of 30 questions within 45 minutes
    (Minimum of 21 questions correct to pass the exam)
  • A food and wine matching exercise
  • A portfolio of tasting notes
